Promiseland San Marcos : These photos were taken at Promiseland San Marcos. The singer/ rapper, b reith, performed a song at the 9:00 and 11:00 services and then held a concert at 6:00 that evening. My granddaughter Sariah had a great time at the concert that was highlighted by Pastor Robin Steele's incredible leap of faith (literally), when he dove into the crowd! Amazing!!!

Darts in Corpus Christi : These pics were taken at The Sparkling City Classic in Corpus Christi. The guy in the #89 Santana Moss jersey is a friend, Abel DelCueto. He's only been playing darts a few years but look at him go! He and his partner took second place in the Blind Draw Cricket match. These are pictures of the finals match, featuring the two best teams...on the big stage! Great job, Abel!!!

Felipe and Cristal's Wedding : These are pictures from Felipe and Cristal's wedding held at Promiseland Church . Thank you to Pastor Rudy and Matt Brock for assuring that the pastoral and musical coordination duties, respectively, went off without a hitch (sorry for the pun, but I just couldn't help it) !!! Heart Walk 2009 : I had the priveledge of being one of the photographers at the 2009 Heart Walk in San Marcos, Texas. I want to thank Max and Chris and the other young men and women from Gary Job Corps that assisted me at the event. These guys made my job easy and I really appreciate their help. Rachel and Shawn's Wedding Ceremony : My co-worker Denise asked if I would photograph her sisters wedding ceremony at Cypress Bend Park in New Braunfels , Texas. Promiseland - San Marcos, Texas : These are pictures from a Baptism/BBQ for Promiseland San Marcos,Texas held at Leisure Camp in Fentress. This part of the San Marcos River was perfect for the many baptisms held that day. Pastor Robin Steele and Co. accomodated anyone that wanted to be reborn in the waters of the San Marcos River and I believe there were at least thirty souls saved that day. Emilio's Benefit at The Cotton Gin : Saturday May 24th 2008, was the day of the benefit for Tejano star Emilio Navaira. The event was held at Joe Flanagan's The Cotton Gin in Maxwell, Texas. Why would a Tejano Superstar like Emilio be in need of a benefit, you ask? I'm pretty sure everyone in Texas has heard of the singer's early morning mishap in Houston. Emilio was hurt badly in the crash and required extensive surgery. Emilio's insurance would not cover a private room ( which costs $500.00 a day ) and in an effort to provide him the much needed privacy, his family and friends have put forth the effort to raise the money needed to assure that pictures and news of his current condition not be leaked to the media. That being said, a debt of gratitude should be shown to the man that made this all possible, the guy that owns this awesome place ...Joe Flanagan! Cinco De Mayo 2008 : The 2008 Cinco De Mayo celebration is upon us, and what a better way to start off the fiesta than by last years champs Cabo Wabo Menudo doing a promo for Fox 7 News.
